On the plus side it's something to watch for if the sky is clear on Saturday night and you are in the USA. On the minus side, how dare they? How disrespectful! We should have more respect for the moon, it's been there, hanging around in space, thousands of miles above us like a friend, for millions of years and, in spite of lots of opportunity to do so, it's never once dropped anything on us. First chance we get to drop some garbage on it and there we go - like a school kid with an empty crisp packet!
